DEVELOPER: A full-stack developer will use the latest technologies to build responsive applications in a distributed service-oriented architecture. The Developer will be part of a sustainable, paced agile team and will have a system-wide, architectural view of the solutions being built and will be involved in every aspect of the process, from idea generation, business analysis, and technical design to software development using the latest technologies and design patterns.
FieldSyte Trainer: FieldSyte Electric Projects Product Trainer is primarily responsible for all onsite and/or virtual training associated with Milsoft’s FieldSyte/Staking product line. Knowledge of and ability to train on other Milsoft E&O applications will also be required. This position will require extensive travel.
FMS/WMS Installation Technician: The Implementation Specialist will work closely with project managers, conversion programmers, and product owners to ensure the effective installation and implementation of the customer’s data to the Milsoft FMS/WMS suite, as well as adding to and updating documentation to help streamline the installation process.

SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (With Emphasis on Customer Information Systems-CIS): A frontline CIS Support Technician is primarily responsible for providing post-sale technical support services to Milsoft customers including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance (including upgrades) in a 24/7 support environment. Position will require some travel and after-hours on-call support time.
SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (With Emphasis on Geographic Information Systems): A frontline GIS Support Technician is primarily responsible for providing post-sale technical support services to Milsoft customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance (as well as upgrades) in a 24/7 support environment. The position will require some travel and after-hours on-call support time. Additionally, the GIS Support Technician will serve a backup role as an on-site trainer for Staking users when needed.
SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (With Emphasis on Outage Management Systems): A frontline OMS Support Technician is primarily responsible for providing post-sale technical support services to Milsoft customers including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance (as well as upgrades) in a 24/7 support environment. Position could require some travel and after-hours on-call support time.
