The Developer will be part of a sustainable paced agile team and will have a system-wide, architectural view of the solutions being built and will be involved in every aspect of the process from idea generation, business analysis, and technical design through to software development using the latest technologies and design patterns
UI DESIGNER – JOB SUMMARY: This UI Designer will work as part of our sustainable paced agile team to design and optimize applications to improve ease of use and create the best user experience. The work will be focused on conceptualizing new and innovative UIs and prototyping new concepts for customer-facing mobile applications and desktop applications for a wide variety of environments and devices. This Designer will be required to work on various products being developed in parallel. Not only will each product be required to have its own unique solution, but this Designer will be responsible for ensuring a consistent user experience throughout the product portfolio.
SOFTWARE UPGRADE COORDINATOR – JOB SUMMARY: The Software Upgrade Coordinator will work closely with the Director of QA and Installs, the Installs team and Milsoft customers, to ensure the effective deployment of all Milsoft applications including the remote installation of software upgrades, patches, server migrations and initial installation of software.
SOFTWARE DEVELOPER ENGINEER TESTER (SDET) – JOB SUMMARY: The SDET is responsible for all tasks assigned to the QA Department as well as being directly responsible for the Software Testing role of the QA Department.
SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (With Emphasis on Communications-IVR) – JOB SUMMARY: A frontline Communications Support Technician is primarily responsible for providing post-sale technical support services to Milsoft customers including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance (including upgrades) in a 24/7 support environment.
