Carol, along with Wayne Carr and Leon Giesecke, formed Milsoft Integrated Solutions, Inc., in 1989. Carol formally became an employee of Milsoft in August, 1994 when she became Milsoft’s very first Office Manager. In 1995, she assumed the duties of the company bookkeeper (which included accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll) all the while training a new bookkeeper to take on these tasks. Carol’s role grew to include a myriad of other tasks including being a member of the management team and sitting on the Board of Directors. Carol retired from an active day-to-day role in the company at the end of 2014 to spend time with her grandchildren, but she continues to be involved and to provide invaluable insight to the current management team.
