Adam Turner loves people. Whether working with customers, serving employees, or spending time with vendors, Adam gets a thrill from it all.
The natural love Adam has for others was fostered in elementary classrooms where he spent eight years serving children in the Irving and Abilene Independent School Districts. During his time in the classroom, Adam pursued business endeavors by developing and selling his own elementary math and reading curricula to several Texas school districts. In June, 2010, Adam decided to change industries and further delve into business by joining the family software business. Upon his arrival at Milsoft, Adam quickly began learning the company from the ground up by literally sitting with every staff member from every department to learn what they did and how they did it. It took him six full months to get a handle on the everyday working of the business.
Today, Adam manages Milsoft’s daily operations and oversees its corporate financial responsibilities. His enthusiasm and passion for excellence serves to encourage others as Milsoft moves toward exciting advancements in software and new opportunities to better serve people.
His current role as CEO of Business Operations ensures that the company maintains its legacy of honesty and integrity.
Adam, his wife, Christin, and their sons, live in Gulf Breeze, Florida, allowing him to work from Milsoft’s Pensacola office. His varied and eclectic interests, and his insatiable appetite for learning new things, allows him to comfortably converse with anyone—employees, business partners, and customers.
Adam earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas (Austin) and has completed a M. Ed and an MBA from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas.
