Clayton Tucker

Clayton Tucker serves as a Regional Account Manager for Milsoft Utility Solutions, bringing over 11 years of deep technical and operational expertise to the utility industry. Before transitioning to the sales team in early 2026, Clayton spent more than a decade as one of Milsoft’s premier trainers, specializing in Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Outage Management Systems (OMS) and Milsoft’s mobile offering (FieldSyte). His extensive background in hands-on customer training allows him to bridge the gap between complex software solutions and the real-world needs of electric cooperatives.

Outside of his professional life, Clayton is a well-known voice in his community, announcing local sporting events and providing in stadium PA for college and high school teams. An avid golfer, he can often be found competing in regional tournaments whenever he isn’t helping utilities optimize their technology.
